- Always read the instructions on the bottom of your candle (please do this before lighting).
- Burn for a minimum of one hour to prevent ‘tunnelling’.
- Do not burn for more than three hours at a time (standard and deluxe candles). For our mini candles, keep it below two hours.
- Trim your wicks before relighting. They need to be about 5mm and straight, otherwise they might smoke or ‘mushroom’.
- Always make sure the candle is extinguished after use – do not use the lid to do this. We have snuffers available, which make a perfect addition to any candle purchase.
- Never continue to burn your candle when it has less than 20mm of soy wax at the bottom.
