We also take candle safety very seriously – and we want you to get the best out of using our soy candles, so we have provided some safety tips.

• Always read the instructions on the bottom of your candle (please do this before lighting).
• Burn for a minimum of one hour to prevent ‘tunnelling’.
• Do not burn for more than three hours at a time (standard and deluxe candles). For our mini candles, keep it below two hours.
• Trim your wicks before relighting. They need to be about 5mm and straight, otherwise they might smoke or ‘mushroom’.
• Always make sure the candle is extinguished after use – do not use the lid to do this. We have snuffers available, which make a perfect addition to any candle purchase.
• Never continue to burn your candle when it has less than 20mm of soy wax at the bottom.
